Two full size bunk beds in the back with a light and outlet for each bunk. Sleeps an additional 4 when the table is converted to a bed and the couch is folded out (both best for children) Full bathroom with tub and shower. Unit includes heat and air conditioning. Propane 3 burner stove with exhaust fan, oven, microwave, and nice size refrigerator. Just bring your clothes and food!! Included are kitchen utensils, pots, pans, cups, and dishes as well as linens, pillows, towels, paper towels, toilet paper, shampoo and conditioner. Small toaster, individual cup Keurig coffee maker (refillable pod provided), and regular coffee maker with filters. Card and board games provided for you to enjoy. Storage area accessed from the outside will have 1 6ft table, 6 camping chairs, 1 small cooler suitable for drinks, outdoor area rug, small charcoal grill, tables cloth, lantern, outside hand held shower. Camper also has power side awning with lights, outdoor radio and Bluetooth compatible. **REQUIREMENTS** You are responsible for reserving your camp site. We require full hook ups. We will deliver, set up and pick up for a $150.00 fuel fee up to 100 miles contact us for anything over 100 miles. We are pet friendly up to 2 small dogs (20lbs and under).
