Fun 22ft RV, Easy and fun to drive large engine for its size well maintained and low miles My Mother and Grandmother who is 80 just took it down to Tennessee for two weeks (May 2020) looking at properties and self quarantining. Great for families, camping, festivals, transporting an older family member in comfort. Sleeps 3-6, it has three sleeping areas, two full sized beds and a dinette that turns into a bed. So it depends on if you have are a couple, family with children, or friends on how many you can sleep and if anyone is pairing up. Kids like to fight for and sleep in bed over cab. Grandmother suffers from asthma so any type of fabric, vents or filters have been sprayed, steam cleaned and wiped down. Very clean and no odors Many updates including Shower and Toilet. Toilet has been updated from your typical kindergartner plastic toilet to a top of the line ceramic standard height toilet. Also, added a grip bar to make it easy to get in and out of shower or off the toilet for anyone with mobility issues or concerns Great little RV!
