Mattresses and an electric dual refrigerator / freezer make this adventure way more comfortable and convenient than camping in a tent. Keep food fresh and beverages cold in the 12 volt refrigerator powered by solar. Turn on the propane heater and stay cozy all night. Seats 5 with buckles and 3 seater bench with LATCH system. Great for families with kids in car seats. Van has Ford Sync. First bed: Queen bunk 6 inch foam mattress stationary bed with 26" headroom. Second bed: Pull out bench to a single (24" x 76" x 4") sleeper with folding mattress. Third bed: Another smaller adult or child can sleep across (east / west) the bench seat on another folding mattress (24" x 70" x 4"). Requires setup. Need more space? We have a Coleman instant tent and twin sized air mattresses or canopy available to add on. Air Maxx fan and propane heater for cozy fall camping nights. No rear A/C. Dual zone 85 qt refrigerator / freezer -- no need for ice or coolers. Van has no kitchen, sink, or bathroom. This is NOT a home on wheels, it's camping, but more comfortable than tent camping. Smoking in this van is strictly prohibited. This includes the use of tobacco, cannabis, e-cigarettes, etc. If there is any evidence, including odor, that there has been smoking in the van a service fee of $200.00 will be claimed from your security deposit. Height clearance is 10 feet. Do not use drive thru with this van. Do not get on the roof. This is not a 4x4 so absolutely no off-roading.
