This camper has been amazing for our family of four, with it’s manageable size and modern technology. This awesome “smaller” size camper is very easy to manipulate in tight places. This camper can be towed with most SUVs out there, the inside is comfortable place to hangout, cook, sleep or get out of the elements. This camper comes with a two burner range, microwave, refrigerator/freezer, kitchen sink, toilet, shower, AC, and propane hot water heater. Comes with a queen memory foam bed, two bunk beds and the dinette drops down for extra sleeping space if needed. Tons of storage areas to pack your things, along with added storage we have found to be helpful for us and the kids. The TV has a built in dvd player and HDMI inputs to plug your favorite game console. The kitchen is equipped with cookware, utensils, dinnerware and all your basic kitchen needs. Also available are basic cleaning supplies, like dish soap, sponges, and a broom. We’ve added small upgrades that make camping more enjoyable and easy with kids or for yourself. You will have everything you need to effectively operate the camper from our hitch and sway bar to the wheel chocks, water house, power extension cord to first aid kit We have included a large RV outdoor mat, camping chairs (two adult) and extra patio lights. The queen sized bed was replaced with a memory foam mattress for added comfort. Outdoor awning is powers and easy to operate. We try to have it fully stocked and ready to go for a easy, care free camping experience. One full 20 pound propane tank is included in the rental. Pets are never to be left unattended for any amount of time inside camper. PLEASE note that any damage done by pet will be paid for at the cost of the renter.**** Due to work schedule, our ideal weekend pickup is Friday before 10am and return it Sunday after 6pm so you can enjoy our camper for 3 full days and only pay for 2 nights :) Walk around video upon request
