Sleeps 5 - 6 people. Heat and AC make it comfortable for weather fluctuations. Extra storage under the beds and benches for all your gear! Lightweight and easy to pull, it is only 3000 lb when empty. Hitch is 2-5/16", with a 7-pin hook up. Includes lots of items to make it easier for you to camp: dishes, silverware, pots and pans, small coffee pot, dish towels, an outdoor rug, table cloth, my DIY outdoor handwashing station, and some christmas lights for ambiance! Not included are bed linen, bath towels or camp chairs. As a fun extra the heater is an LED lit electric fireplace for ambiance! Easy to pull and great for family fun!
