Kitchen will be stocked with utensils, pots/pans, plates, cups, bowls, mixing bowls, knifes, measuring cups, cup towels, and cutting boards, dish soap, 1 roll of paper towels, 4 rolls of toilet paper, and bath towels. This a NON SMOKING rental. If smoked in, you will loose the entire $1200 deposit and will not be refunded. TOWING: Towing a small trailer or vehicle is allowed, please notify me what will be towed. PICK UP TIME: is at 10:00 AM unless otherwise approved for early pick up. RETURN TIME: Is at 4:00 PM Additional late fees will apply unless approved prior. Pick up and drop off times can me flexible with prior approval. We ask that you please dump your sewer prior to return. If you are unable too there is a $45.00 charge. Please Refill your propane prior to return. There is a Tractor Supply on Hwy 377 or U-Haul just down from our location that can refill it for you. There will be a $50 charge for not refilled propane.
