Minnie Winnie "SmileyCamper3" 24ft 5 sleeper RV is Ready for your next RV Adventure! Drives like a pickup truck with all the convenience of home for your next vacation. Linens provided (towels, sheets, pillows, etc.) Plasticware and pots/pans provided too. Plan on 30-60 minutes of Hands On RV training on pickup day before your trip. What's the negative - No slide outs - Why? Its a quieter trip when you are driving and you keep all the heat and cold air inside, especially when traveling to colder or hot areas. Also, Absolutely NO AWNING use. This is a NO smoking RV. Pets -please add the Pet Fee (one fee total not per animal in addons section) but the park has to OK the pets too. WIFI/4gb has been added on (unlimited) if the area doesn't have a cell signal/tower to connect then wifi cannot connect, saves you money on your roaming costs which is a great benefit. Delivery is an addl charge under addons - Pickup fee $500 PLUS $5 per mile roundtrip from your deposit on returning. Pickup is normally at lunchtime or after 5pm and drivers verified in advance of pickup with Outdoorsy insurance). Drop off is by 11am. There is a late charge of $200 if dropped off after 11am. Please reserve the days you need since this RV is always busy where adding days may cost twice as much and affect someone elses trip. Because of COVID some customers are opting out of linens and pillows for the bedding so let me know if you are bringing your own; its not cheaper some prefer their own blankets/sheets/towels - you will need 3 Queen size sets and blankets/pillows/towels! The questions I ask will be coming.. pets-there is a pet fee. Are you staying at parks or dry camping/boondocking (so I know how to train you)? Where you headed (so I know if you need propane for heat)? No towing allowed, if hitch lock removed it costs $5000 and no insurance coverage. It is easier and cost effective to rent a car at your destination if needed. Thanks, Mary

Layout of the RV - very spacious for no slide outs. Note the seat belts around the table. Someone always fights for the window seat. Make sure the person that gets car sick does not sit on the right side cushion (facing backwards). It doesn't affect some but wanted to make a note if planned seating.
Beautiful Interior in soft wood medium brown with grey tone colors. Let me know if pets are coming and I put a rubber bottom mat down so pets do slide around during the trip.
Everything even the kitchen sink. Love the faucet and sink. Window to look out when using the sink.
Kitchen table - it fits two monitors and keyboards back to back working. It also turns if you need more space on either side to move around or for pets that want to sit on your lap. The power outlet is right below on the middle bench area. There are no cupholders - not sure why they didn't build them in. I have the cupholders that don't move (micro-suction) if needed but they are not built in.
Front view of the Minnie Winnie RV -that the privacy shield include that you see through the window.
Outside cab picture of the passenger side - I have the privacy shield up while we were at the park - that's what you see in the windows.
Master Bed with soft headboard. USB chargers in the bedroom area to charge your phones.
Over the cab bunk - limited to 500 lbs total. It looks shorter in the picture but its a big space above the cab. the TV pulls out when needed but a small TV in the master bedroom as well.
This is what the table looks like when converted to a bed - the cushions that are their on the top and bottom can be removed as well for more room - just looks nice with them included. Very comfy and spacious.
ladder for the top bunk
Interior shot from the RV side door. Easy to walk through, spacious and relaxing. The U shaped table with a baby seat connection for extra security where the cushion is in the picture.
Stove top - its propane - I provide an internal tank of propane that lasts about a week unless you are a chef then it is used more often - its about $3 a pound and tank holds 9 lbs.
Command and Control - We don't have solar (yet) but this is the place to see the tanks and to set the inverter so you can use the plugs in the back while driving.
Command Central continued for water heater, water pump and how to tell where the tank levels are and the Generator start/stop.
Refrigerator and Freezer that is propane (runs all along the trip) or when plugged in saves your propane for cooking - plan on bringing bottled water for the trip. I have the ice cube trays that helps fit into soda pop bottles.
Bathroom Sink and toilet. Separate from the shower. The toilet is NOT one that you pull out a container and carry it into the bathroom with you. There is a sewer system you connect to the sewer at a Park or dump at a dump station (use truckpath app or KOA-cost usually $10 to dump or free at some places along the way like flying J's). Dump about every 2-3 days of your trip depending on if you take long showers and how many people in the RV.
Separate show in bathroom with bathroom fan to handle steam.
Drivers Seat area. The seats do not rotate around.
Radio with Bluetooth with speakers throughout RV - switches to backup camera screen or for the smart mirrors when you are turning.
Passenger view of the cab area - there isn't a desk pulldown but I am looking at getting that - it just would require the airbag to be disabled and thought it was safer with the air bag for now.
Microwave - love the popcorn feature on it so it never burns. Works like regular microwave about 7 inches across if you buy frozen goods so it still turns around in the microwave (depends on the container) A lot of RVers bring frozen corn dogs or those breakfast biscuits.
Large storage area - I can take out the camping chairs if you need it for your luggage - just let me know.
Cable connection outside of RV if RV Park has connections - cables provided but some parks charge.
Electric box outside to connect electric at the park - 30AMP
Temperature control above the table. I like it warmer as you can see...
