Sofa sleeper slides outs for lots of room. 7.0 cu. ft. Gas/Electric Refrigerator, 2-Burner Cooktop, Microwave, 20K BTU Furnace, Roof mounted A/C, 6 Gal. Gas Water Heater, 4 Stabilizing Jack, Anti-sway hitch with 2" ball provided. Tow vehicle needs 7-pin trailer connector and electric brakes. Wisconsin law requires pulling 3000 lbs. and over to have electric brakes. If you don't have a brake controller installed in your vehicle, you must rent our portable controller that uses an app on your smart phone for $25. Includes linens, dishes, cookware, lawn chairs, and more. Pick up and drop off times are flexible if it is arranged ahead of time.
