Battery will run lights, radio, and USB ports. Propane tank runs stove, heater, and water heater. Refrigerator runs on propane/electric. This trailer is fully equipped with all the amenities you'd expect for a comfortable life on the road. Large electric awning/w ambiance lights for plenty of shade with Bluetooth radio and speakers. Back up Camera Strict NO SMOKING/NO PET policy in the RV. If the RV smells of smoke/pet, you will forfeit your entire security deposit, no exceptions.(husband has allergies). In order to create a comfortable, clean and sanitized environment for each renter, we do an extensive cleaning after each reservation. To help us keep our high standards, we charge a cleaning fee of $60 for each reservation.
