If the unit is excessively dirty (dirty dishes, dishes in the sink, trash left, floors, counters, microwave, refrigerator, sink, toilet, bathtub, ect) there will be an additional $75 cleaning fee. I've tried to let things go, but people seem to think it's ok to leave the unit a huge mess.
