Great Family fun RV. Has Queen bed. Also room for 2 small or 1 adult on sofa sleeper as well as 2 kids or 1 adult in the overhead bed. TV in main room and bedroom. Speakers indoor with DVD as well as google chrome. Heat and AC, onboard generator, plenty of storage. Clean inside and out. Kitchen has cookware, dishes and utensils included. Cleaning supplies (broom and swiffer) included. Bike rack and camp stove available if requested. 2 Day minimum rental! General Rules: PLEASE-No Smoking, no exceptions -No Climbing On The Roof -Towing from this Rig is NOT allowed -Pickup Time and return time will be agreed upon at time of rental. Walk through will take approx 1-1.5 hr on pick up and 30 minutes to 1 hour upon return. Please plan for this. -RV must return clean. Counters, bathroom, toilet, shower, table & mirrors all wiped down. Sink, fridge, microwave & pantry all cleaned out. Floors must be cleaned. If rig is not returned clean, a $50 cleaning fee will be charged for interior and $50 for exterior upon return. -RV must be returned with all tanks emptied and gas & propane filled up.
