We are the original RV owners; this is our personal RV so it extremely clean and in excellent condition. We are a family of 4 and love to travel! Our longest family RV road trip was 7 weeks across 23 states. We have some amazing family memories and are happy to share our favorite spots with you. We are flexible on the pick-up and drop-off times. If you have questions, please just ask! Driver and Passenger area: both seats swivel to the living area while not driving for added seating, removable coffee table between the driver and passenger seats, privacy curtain, passenger side drop down table, 2 USB connections on dash, 4 cup holders, dual reading lights, and Bluetooth enabled stereo system. Hydraulic self leveling system, Navigation system, backup camera, integrated cameras in side mirrors to assist with lane changes. Living Area: fold out sofa bed, kitchen dinette that comfortable seats 4, 40” LED TV, DVD Player, digital cable booster for local channels, Bluetooth enabled stereo system, plenty of overhead storage, and a ventilation fan. Kitchen: three burner range, oven, microwave, toaster oven, coffee maker, refrigerator, freezer, ice maker, standard kitchen sink, pull out pantry, overhead storage, and broom closet. Cups, pots and pans, cooking utensils provided. Bathroom: dual entry from living area and master bedroom, angled shower with soap dispensers, toilet, sink, medicine cabinet with mirror and storage, under sink storage, overhead storage, ventilation fan, night light, and first-aid kit. Clean towels and washcloths provided. Master Bedroom: walk around queen bed with dual nightstands, small dresser, tons of overhead storage and under the bed, closet with large mirror, 32” LED TV, Bluetooth enabled stereo system control panel, 4 USB connections and ventilation fan. Clean linens provided. Bunk Beds: 29" x 71" bunks with individual TV and DVD entertainment systems. Clean linens provided. Overhead Queen Loft: motorized drop down that stores away nicely while driving. Lots of storage space. clean linens provided. Outside Entertainment: 32” LED TV, outdoor shower, tons of storage that may be secured with a key, speakers for Bluetooth enabled stereo system. Additional: central a/c and heat, electric generator, smoke detector, fire extinguisher, carbon monoxide detector, standard lock plus deadbolt on entry door, DVD and board game collection for your enjoyment. All sewer and water connections will be supplied. We are flexible on the pickup and drop-off time. Just ask! :) Onsite set up and tear down available at local campgrounds for an additional fee.
