2027 Forest River R-Pod R-Pod

The 2027 Forest River R-Pod RP-153 for sale is a new, compact travel trailer just 17.2 feet long that is perfect for weekends at the lake or spur-of-the-moment getaways. It sleeps three with a clever Murphy bed, making the most of every inch without making the trailer heavy to pull. The front of the coach features a booth dinette where a Murphy bed folds down at night, so the same space serves for meals by day and sleep after dark. Across the way, a sofa invites you to kick back with a good book. Cooking is simple with a two-burner cooktop and an air fryer microwave, and a 12V black glass refrigerator plus a pantry keep food and snacks organized. A full bathroom in the rear corner means you are never dependent on campground facilities, and the tankless water heater delivers hot showers after a long day of hiking, biking, or swimming. Like every R-Pod, this unit is designed around a low tow weight with a long list of standard features: a sealed underbelly with forced heat, a curved dual-pane acrylic front window with a bug screen and night shade, a large roof-mounted solar panel for off-grid stays, and a 15K A/C for summer. You also get a black glass friction hinge entrance door, roof ladder prep, exterior motion lighting, slam-latch cargo doors, and a hot and cold spray port for washing off beach sand. Indoors, seamless Surf-X countertops, blackout roller shades, and a central vacuum add polish. The included Hood River Edition brings Mud Legend all-terrain tires with TPMS, advanced ground clearance, a MaxxAir vent cover, and 12V tank heaters. The RP-153 has a dry weight of 3,024 lbs, a hitch weight of 290 lbs, and a GVWR of 4,524 lbs, plus one awning for shade at camp.
