2023 Grand Design Imagine 2670MK with upgrades and solar capabilities! Outdoor kitchen! Two A/C units!

This 2023 Grand Design Imagine 2670MK stands out from typical factory-equipped 2670MKs with a substantial solar/lithium electrical system designed to support boondocking and off-grid travel. With 400 watts of solar, 200Ah of lithium battery capacity and a 2000-watt inverter, this Imagine is particularly well suited for buyers who want the flexibility to camp away from traditional full-hookup sites while retaining the comfort and features of a spacious two-slide travel trailer.

Top features include the 400W solar system with 200Ah of lithium battery capacity and a 2000W inverter, dual air conditioning with 50-amp service, and a comfortable living/work layout with theater seating and a dedicated rear desk.

The upgraded electrical system includes two 100Ah lithium batteries providing 200Ah of total battery capacity, a 2000-watt inverter, dedicated lithium battery charging, solar controller, solar disconnect, battery disconnects, and Victron shunt monitoring. These upgrades provide additional electrical capacity and monitoring for buyers planning extended stays away from hookups.

The boondocking capability extends beyond the electrical system. The exterior kitchen provides an outdoor griddle and compact refrigerator for preparing meals outside. The seller also added hot- and cold-water connections that can support an outdoor sink setup, providing another useful option while camping away from conventional facilities.

When campground power is available, the trailer has 50-amp shore power and two Dometic Brisk Air rooftop air conditioners, providing flexibility between full-hookup camping and off-grid travel.

The main living area features heated theater seating with massage positioned across from a 40-inch televator TV and electric fireplace. At the rear is a dedicated desk/work area well suited for remote work, trip planning, or additional everyday workspace.

The center kitchen includes an island with sink, 12V 10 cu. ft. refrigerator, microwave, range/oven, generous counter space, and multiple storage cabinets.

The private front bedroom features an upgraded queen bed with storage below. The seller also added step-box storage on both sides of the bed, providing additional storage while making access to the bed easier.

The full bathroom includes a shower with an upgraded Oxygenics showerhead, toilet, vanity, sink, and storage.

Additional equipment and upgrades include an installed rearview camera with separate 7-inch monitor, power patio awning, exterior speakers, pass-through storage, Four Seasons insulation package, Lippert Thin Shade with smoked entry-door glass, Carmtek keyless entry with two remotes, and a power Lippert tongue jack.

The roof penetrations have been treated with Eternabond sealing tape, installed by the seller as a long-term sealing treatment around roof openings and accessories.

A Blue Ox weight-distribution hitch and bars and a full RV cover are included with the sale.

For buyers specifically looking for a travel trailer capable of both conventional campground use and boondocking, this Imagine offers an upgraded combination of solar generation, lithium battery storage, inverter capability, outdoor cooking features, residential comfort, workspace, and storage.
