This 2022 Ventana 4037 is powered by a Cummins L9 400hp engine and built for extended travel with room to sleep up to four. Three slide-outs create an open living space with heated porcelain flooring, theatre seating with footrests, sofa sleeper, central vacuum, and swivel driver and passenger seats. Central heat, air conditioning, navigation, and thermal pane windows make it comfortable in all seasons.
The kitchen includes solid cabinetry, dishwasher, double sink, pantry, stove, microwave/convection oven, ice maker, and refrigerator/freezer with water dispenser. A stacked washer and dryer add convenience for longer trips. The rear bedroom features a king size bed with a Sleep By Number mattress and storage below.
Entertainment features include Bluetooth with front and rear bedroom speakers, Sirius radio, four TVs, a main TV with Bose soundbar, exterior TV with Bose soundbar, digital antenna, charging centers, and interior lighting throughout.
Outside features include automatic leveling jacks with Snap Pads, pass-through storage, easy slide trays, awning, exterior shower, porch light, and exterior TV. Brand new chassis and RV batteries were recently installed. Regular maintenance completed at Blue Compass RV.
