Used only 2 times a year! Never lived in full-time! Rear living room with sofa sleeper, theatre seats, and fireplace. King bed! 2 ACs!

The 2022 Keystone Montana 3121RL is a luxury fifth wheel designed for buyers who want residential comfort, upscale finishes, and a highly livable rear-lounge floor plan in a manageable overall length. At approximately 35 feet long with three slide-outs, this model offers an open, apartment-like interior while remaining shorter than many full-size luxury fifth wheels. It is built for extended trips, seasonal camping, and full-time-style use. The floor plan is arranged to emphasize a spacious living room, a well-equipped central kitchen, a private front bedroom, and generous storage throughout.

The rear living area is one of the defining features of the Montana 3121RL. The rear wall includes a large panoramic window that brings in natural light and creates an inviting lounge environment at the back of the coach. Opposing seating and slide-out placement help open the room, giving the space a wide, residential feel. The living room includes theater seating, a sleeper sofa, an entertainment center, an electric fireplace, and a large television positioned for comfortable viewing.

The central kitchen is designed with both appearance and function in mind. Hardwood cabinetry, solid-surface-style counters, a residential-feeling work area, and thoughtful storage solutions give the kitchen a premium feel. The Montana is equipped with an 18-cubic-foot refrigerator, a cooktop and oven, a microwave, a large sink, and ample pantry space. Features such as a pull-down spice rack, deep drawers, overhead cabinets, and island-style prep space help make the kitchen practical for real meal preparation rather than simple weekend use. The dining area includes a freestanding extendable table and chairs, creating a more home-like setting for meals, laptop work, or morning coffee.

The private front bedroom provides a quiet retreat separated from the main living area. It is arranged with a walk-around king bed. Keystone included practical touches in this generation of Montana models, such as CPAP shelves with USB and 110-volt outlets, which make the bedroom more functional for long-term use. The front wardrobe area provides substantial clothing storage and is washer- and dryer-ready, making the coach more appealing for extended travel or seasonal stays.

The bathroom is designed to support comfortable daily use, with a full shower, toilet, vanity, medicine cabinet, and storage for linens and toiletries.

Comfort systems include two air conditioners with a combined 30,000 BTUs of cooling capacity and a 35,000 BTU furnace, helping the coach remain comfortable in a wide range of camping conditions.

Outside, the 2022 Montana 3121RL continues the luxury fifth-wheel theme with a substantial exterior profile, approximately 13 feet 4 inches in height and 8 feet wide. It rides on tandem axles and is equipped with two awnings, one entry door, and three slide-outs.

Keystone's Montana line is known for its upscale exterior appointments and extended-stay features, and a tire pressure monitoring system, a screen-assist entry door handle, and SolarFlex 200 solar capability.

Overall, the 2022 Keystone Montana 3121RL is best described as a premium rear-living fifth wheel for couples or small families who value comfort, storage, and a residential atmosphere.

With sleeping capacity for up to four people, a spacious lounge, a well-appointed kitchen, strong tank capacities, and high-end Montana-series amenities, it is especially appealing to owners who want a fifth wheel that feels comfortable for both short vacations and extended stays. Its combination of luxury finishes, practical systems, and a relatively efficient 35-foot length makes it one of the more versatile floor plans in the 2022 Montana lineup.
