EXCELLENT 2022 COACHMEN MIRADA 29FW CLASS-A COACH!
Looking for a great Class A RV that is just right for 2 with the ability to have guests when desired. Then look no further - this lovely 2022 Coachmen Mirada 29FW is loaded with features and is comfortable and ready to hit the road on your next adventure!
It is built on the Ford Chassis and powered by the Ford 7.3L V8 engine that delivers up to 350 hp with ease! This RV has been upgraded to have stabilizer bars front and back plus a TPMS (Tire Pressure Monitoring System) - for a safe and secure ride - in addition to the backup camera and turn signal cameras and an integrated display with the stereo and navigation center.
The coach features self-leveling at the touch of a button, 2 house batteries and the chassis battery all in good condition. The floorplan is comfortable and room at the same time - the minute you step inside - you know you are at home with comfortable dual recliners facing the dinnette area. The Euro Bed over the cab quickly drops into position if you have guests staying with you and the Booth dinette quickly converts into another sleeping area if needed.
The large flat screen TV is directly above the dinette and across from the recliners - making for a comfortable night watching your favorite movie or the big game. There is additional storage space behind the TV and cabinets on either side of the TV for all your food and galley storage needs.
The galley is fully equipped with a large farm-style stainless kitchen sink with matching covers - a large microwave and a 3 burner gas stove top and gas oven below. The hood fan is under the microwave and also has a light to illuminate the area below when cooking.
The large refrigerator freezer stays nice and cold. The refrigerator freezer is roomy and works great!
The RV is equipped with 2 roof mounted 15K BTUs A/C units that will keep you nice and cool at the touch of a button on the thermostats. The 30000 BTU heater is propane powered and keeps you nice and warm on those cold nights at the campground. The unit is also equipped with a solar panel and converter that keeps the batteries charged and ready to go to work!
The bathroom is directly across from the refrigerator and before you enter the private master bedroom. It features a step in shower with a skylight overhead for lots of natural light - the sink with cabinet space below and a medicine cabinet over the toilet.
The master bedroom features a lovely king-size bed with a wall of cabinets and drawers across from the foot of the bed. The wall mounted TV also has storage space behind it. There are also cabinets over the head of the bed and on either side of the bed.
As you head outside for fun in the sun - the large patio awning provides a great place to enjoy the campsite - along with the exterior TV and exterior kitchen area. There is another large storage compartment to the left of the exterior kitchen area.
All of the RV systems - water, water heater, power, propane tank, and of course sewer are clearly marked and easily accessible around the exterior of the RV.
