The spacious rear living room is equipped with a sofa/sleeper, theater-style recliners, a cozy electric fireplace, a telescoping LED Smart TV which was upgraded to a 55" Vizio Smart TV, a Jensen Bluetooth stereo system with a Yamaha sound bar and extra speakers, storage cabinets, and large windows that let in plenty of natural light.

The gourmet kitchen has ample counter space and a spacious island with pendant lighting for meal preparation and entertaining. It features a luxury 4-door stainless steel refrigerator/freezer, Furrion 3-burner cooktop, Furrion Convection Microwave, Furrion full-size oven, and Furrion dishwasher. It also has a double stainless steel sink, single faucet, a water purifier and separate faucet, solid-surface countertops, a large pantry with motion lights, pull-out drawers, and a custom wine rack.
