This luxurious Jayco North Point four slide-out 5th wheel has a front queen bedroom, spacious master closet with built-in shelving and a six-drawer dresser for all your accessories.  Hinged under the bed is a queen-sized storage box ideal for blankets, seasonal clothing, and saving important documents in the ‘secret under the mattress’ lockbox.  The trailer comes complete with a full-sized quarter saving washer and dryer.

The beachless island houses twin sinks, adds significant counter space, includes multiple drawers to store pots/pans, and has electrical outlets on both ends for larger cooking appliances while preparing your favorite recipes for family and friends.  Turn around and find additional cabinets and drawers for silverware, kitchen utensils, and plenty of space for cooking supplies, salt, pepper, sugar, spice, and everything nice.

The three-burner propane stove and oven are nestled between the refrigerator and a huge, lighted, enclosed multi shelf/drawer pantry to store your nonperishable foods, cans, bags, boxes, snacks, and staples.  It’s also great to keep your plates, bowls, and glasses so they are handy yet out of the way.  Additional storage is available with 9 overhead storage cabinets around the room.

Settle back in a reclining chair with a cold glass of ice water from the full-sized refrigerator to watch your favorite shows on the retractable flat screen TV.  For more intimacy, turn down the lights, start the electric fireplace, and enjoy movie style buttered popcorn; and/or compliment this with your favorite music or DVDs from one of two built-in Furrion DV1200 entertainment systems complimented with alternate speakers in the bedroom and outside so the tunes go where you go.  End tables include electric outlets and USB ports for all your devices.

For those non-recliner eaters use the freestanding table, sit in one of four chairs, and when needed flip up the end of table extensions.  This is an especially nice feature for game playing and/or assembling puzzles as you lounge around your on-the-road-again-or-not home.

Also included is a full shower bathroom with ample storage under the vanity, his and her mirrored medicine cabinets, an additional wall cabinet, and a five arm-length shelved linen closet; three behind a closed door and two easily accessible for storing essentials, household cleaning supplies, paper products and are great spaces for your dog or cat to catch an uninterrupted out-of-the-way nap.

The overhead loft space in the hall has been converted into additional storage using a Wheel of Fortune sized Lazy Susan to facilitate using as much of the original queen mattress surface area as possible.  My wife stores her larger kitchen devices on it so when she wants e.g., a crock pot, it is never more than a spin away.

The slide-out bunkhouse room is currently configured as a home office / craft room with a side-wall four pull out drawer desk and a large top surface for the printer, scanner, desktop/laptop computer and more.  If you prefer to reinstall the removable drop-down twin bunk and/or add a small foldout couch/bed it is easy to house “temporarily” the occasional visitor(s).

All carpet was removed, and wood laminate flooring installed throughout in 2022.  It is much easier to keep clean, Bounty wipe spills, use the on-board vacuum system to tidy up, and, as a bonus, there is less accumulation of allergens so easy on the nose or so it goes.  Power awnings, twin air conditioners, ducted heating, propane/electric water heater, and recently professionally installed tinted window coverings make for an all-season comfortable environment.

The powered Winegard Traveler antenna on the roof automatically finds the satellites for you so there is no more “a little more to the left” searching for them manually.  Three DISH Wally receivers and the living room TV convey with the trailer however it is wired to facilitate other TVs in the master bedroom, the fourth slide-out bunkhouse (office space) room, and in the outside basement compartment for your tailgating pleasures.

Stepping outside you will find two in-use propane tanks and a just-in-case-you-run-out spare tank in a separate compartment. There is also a compartment with a two-burner stove and space where a small refrigerator could reside to keep your favorite beverages cold.  At present, we use the space as additional storage for infrequently used items.

Next door is a full-sized crawl in man-sized cave basement accessible from both sides of the tailer.  The add-on wind-up 50 Amp electric power cord reel is convenient for storage, the in-line water filtration system with replaceable cartridges is handy, the utility cabinet with water controls and pullout black and gray tank valves includes an outdoor shower to wash up after a day in the sun.  From personal experience I have found the attachable/stackable open-faced toolboxes from Home Depot most helpful to store items three stories tall with no chance to fall.  Connections are available to add solar power, operate the on-board vacuum outside and accommodate periodic bag exchanges, and best of all (drum roll) install your share-with-your-neighbor TV.

Included is an Andersen Ultimate 5th Wheel Connection hitch which I prefer to the conventional 5^th wheel hitches that weigh a ton and generally become a permanent fixture in the bed of your pickup truck.  The Andersen hitch base is approximately 35 pounds and can be setup/removed in about 5 minutes with minimal tools required.  The trailer is also equipped with the Lippert hydraulic Auto-leveling system.

Lastly, the trailer has an Onan 5500-Watt gas generator so no matter if you are Wal-Marting for the night, dry camping in the wilderness, or connected at a campground during a power outage you will not be without sufficient electricity to power the entire trailer.  Conveniently, the generator can be started from inside the trailer so rain or shine, hot or cold, day or night, you will be prepared to restore power at the press of a switch.  If necessary, you also have the option to switch the refrigerator to the 12 Volt battery system.
