2015 Newmar Ventana 4037 40' Class A Motorhome. Cummins 400HP Diesel Engine. 3 Slide Outs, Awning, Sleeps 4, Dual A/C Units, Leveling System. All Electric.

This is an all electric coach with 1 and 1/2 bath. It has the OASIS system for coach heat and hot water which works great. There are 3 slides with auto lock system. The left slide is a full wall slide, one in the bedroom on the right side and one for living room and kitchen on the right side. There are two 1500 air conditioners with heat pumps and in motion satellite dish.

When you enter on the right side, there is a J Couch that is a dark brown that also makes into a bed. On the left side is a fireplace with a TV on a Televator. Along side it is a dark brown recliner. All of the living room furniture upholstery is the same as in a London Aire, couch, recliner, driver and passenger seats. Working our way back is a pull out table and chairs. It also has a computer desk and storage cabinets. Across from that is the kitchen area. It has the Induction cook top stove with a Convection Micro Wave above. It has single sink in the kitchen. Next to this is the 1/2 Bath with a vessel sink and porcelain stool. Across the isle is the refrigerator with a bottom freezer and double door with water and ice in the door. Next to this is the pantry with pull out drawers for storage. Moving into the bedtoom it has a King Size sleep number bed with storage underneath it. There are two wardrobe closets with 6 drawers below. There is a full wall mirror also. The rear bath has a shower and wardrobe closet with a safe in it. Next is the vanity with the medicine cabinet and the stacked washer and dryer and pocelain stool.

This coach comes with a L8.9 Cummins 400 HP Engine and a 6 speed Allison transmission. Engine was just serviced at 45,000 by Cummins. The Onan Generator has 78 Hrs on it. Installed new tires in 2023 and new batteries in 2022. New shocks were installed in 2023. It has 46,500 miles on it.
