This 2014 Winnebago Sightseer 33C has only 13,400 original miles, is a 2nd-owner coach, and has always been stored inside. Powered by the dependable Ford Triton V10 6.8L gas engine producing 362 HP, with an 80-gallon fuel tank. It features 3 slide-outs with awning toppers, a 20' electric patio awning, auto-leveling jacks, and full-body paint.

The coach drives exceptionally well and has been upgraded with front and rear sway bars and Bilstein gas shocks, giving it a confident driving feel. Additional recent upgrades include a brand-new inverter, new pass-through electrical switch, new entrance step motor, two new TVs, a living-room TV on a televator, and a new touchscreen infotainment system with rear camera.

Inside you'll find a spacious layout with a rear queen bed, large wardrobe closet, stand-up shower, sofa-bed, recliner, swivel captain's chairs, and a pull-out dining table with four chairs instead of a traditional dinette. The kitchen features a full-size gas/electric refrigerator, 3-burner stovetop, convection microwave/oven, generous cabinet storage, and it is plumbed for a washer/dryer.

Comfort features include two AC units, with the front AC featuring a heat pump, plus a furnace. The Winnebago electrical system can operate both AC units and the heat pump from 30-amp service. There is also an Onan 4KW gas generator, 50-amp service, cable-ready TV connections, and a Jacks antenna.

Outside you'll find an outdoor TV and stereo, heated remote-control mirrors, exterior storage bins, and more. A Blue Ox tow bar is included for the toad.

The package also includes a 2014 Jeep Patriot FWD with approximately 93,000 miles, equipped with a Blue Ox tow plate and installed InvisiBrake system. Simply shift the Jeep into neutral and it's ready for flat towing.

No smoking, no pets, exceptionally low-mileage coach, stored indoors, and loaded with valuable upgrades. If you're looking for a complete RV-and-toad package that is ready to hit the road, this is it!
