It sat for a little while and has some soft spots in the floor that will need to be fixed. other than that: no leaks, ac/heat work well, sink has never been hooked up, pop up works fine.. needs a good clean for sure cos it sat in the driveway unused for a year or two. Had some ants last year so we got rid of them but don't guarantee the mattresses because of the ants. air, heat, lights all work. 1200 lbs dry weight. No tears at all. it was bought for so much more before it sat and got dirty. Less than 1000 miles used a handful of times.
