2012 Airstream Eddie Bauer 25FB

Stock #493121 -

***SALE PENDING*** Beautifully renovated Eddie Bauer 25FB! Dual A/C units; front A/C has a heat pump, 50-amp conversion, and premium upgrades!

This 2012 Airstream Eddie Bauer 25FB combines Airstream's iconic aluminum construction with the distinctive versatility of the Eddie Bauer Edition and an extensive collection of thoughtful owner upgrades and renovations. Maintained by its longtime owner, this Airstream retains the unmistakable character of the original design while incorporating meaningful improvements for comfort, entertainment, electrical capacity, and extended use.

A particularly significant improvement is the conversion to 50-amp electrical service, supporting two air-conditioning units for increased cooling capacity. The added front A/C is also equipped with a heat pump.

One of the defining features of the Eddie Bauer Edition is its exceptionally versatile rear living and cargo area. The rear dinette provides a comfortable place for dining, relaxing, or entertaining and converts for additional sleeping accommodations.

Open the large rear cargo hatch and the space becomes remarkably accessible for loading bicycles, outdoor equipment, and other bulky gear that can be difficult to bring through a conventional RV entry door. A rear screen allows the hatch to be opened while helping keep the interior protected from insects.

Inside, the bright and inviting living area has been tastefully updated with modern finishes, upgraded LED lighting, premium audio components, comfortable seating, and a large television that creates an enjoyable space whether relaxing at camp or entertaining guests. An additional 43-inch television is installed in the bedroom area, providing a second entertainment option.

The Eddie Bauer Edition's distinctive interior styling has been enhanced with thoughtful renovations while preserving the classic character that makes this special edition so desirable.

The well-equipped galley includes solid-surface countertops, a stainless-steel sink, three-burner cooktop with oven, microwave, generous cabinet and drawer storage, and a newer Norcold refrigerator installed approximately one year ago.

Sleeping accommodations include the private front bedroom along with the convertible rear dinette, providing sleeping space for up to four.

The center bath arrangement places the shower opposite the toilet and vanity area, with additional cabinetry and storage incorporated throughout the coach.

The completed photo documentation shows the 50-amp connection and numerous electrical and system components, providing buyers with an unusually detailed look at the coach and its installed equipment. A rear hitch receiver is also installed, adding another useful equipment feature at the rear of the trailer.

Additional upgrades and equipment include a Winegard automatic satellite system, SuperBrute power tongue jack, upgraded entry steps, newer house batteries, LED accent lighting, upgraded entertainment components, and Michelin tires manufactured in 2022. The black holding tank was also professionally replaced during the seller's ownership.

The trailer uses manual stabilizers rather than an automatic leveling system. It has been kept under covered RV storage with shore power connected, helping protect the exterior while allowing the coach to remain powered and maintained.

According to the seller, the major coach and house systems are operating as intended. The extensive photo gallery documents the interior, exterior, appliances, storage areas, electrical equipment, roof components, tires, underbody, and many of the upgrades installed during ownership, giving prospective buyers an unusually comprehensive view before scheduling a personal inspection.

For buyers looking for the unmistakable character of an Airstream with functionality beyond that of a conventional travel trailer, this Eddie Bauer 25FB offers a compelling combination of flexible cargo capability, upgraded electrical capacity, modernized living space, and longtime ownership.

Please feel free to call, text, or email with any questions, to schedule a personal showing, or to make a non-binding offer. As with any pre-owned RV, buyers are encouraged to complete their own personal and professional inspections to verify the overall condition and operation of all systems prior to purchase.
