2009 Newmar King Aire 4561 / 650 HP Cummins Pre-DEF  •  Spartan K3  •  All-Electric  •  45' Tag Axle

The King Aire sits at the top of Newmar's lineup, and this Tuxedo-painted 4561 arrives with an upgrade history that separates it from other examples on the market. A 2025 living room and dinette replacement, new carpet the same year, 2024 engine service, 2024 shocks, 2023 tires, and a forward air conditioner replaced as recently as April 2026 — this is a coach that was lived in and invested in. Never any pets or smoking aboard.

• 650 HP Cummins ISX Pre-DEF – Serviced in 2024. Pre-DEF means no emissions control system to manage, no DEF fluid — just the full, unthrottled output of one of Cummins' most capable diesel engines.

• Spartan K3 Chassis / 45' Tag Axle – The strongest chassis Spartan ever built, rated to 54,000 lbs. GVWR with a 14,000 lb. tag axle. The K3's tubular truss frame provides the structural foundation for a coach that handles with confidence at speed.

• All-Electric Coach – No propane anywhere on board. Every appliance and heating zone runs on electric or diesel through the Oasis Hydronic system. The bay that would have housed propane is now additional cargo storage.

• Oasis Hydronic Heating (Electric or Diesel) – Serviced, flushed, and refilled in 2025. Zone heating throughout the coach, running silently from either power source with no forced-air noise and no cold spots.

• In-Floor Heating – Kitchen, living room, and bathrooms all have electric radiant in-floor heat — a meaningful comfort upgrade, especially in this all-electric configuration.

Inside, the 4561 floorplan delivers the King Aire's signature livability. The living room and dinette were fully replaced in 2025 — new furniture, new materials — and new carpet was laid throughout the same year. Leather cockpit chairs set up the front of the coach properly: the driver seat is heated with eight-way power; the passenger seat adds heat, massage, and an electronic footrest with its own controls. The kitchen is fully residential — dual-basin sink, GE convection microwave, dishwasher, Maytag stacked washer/dryer — all under solid wood cabinets with solid surface counters throughout. Three TVs. Night/day shades on every window.

The master suite features a queen bed, an extra-large closet, and an in-suite safe. The full bath offers a glass shower and a porcelain toilet; the half bath adds guest convenience without compromising the master.
