Recently replaced or fixed:

New generator: The generator and parts came to $4541. It was installed in mid-June 2023. It has less than 5 hours of use.
All the flagged items from the inspection were handled.
Oil change was done in June. I?ve only driven it briefly since. This is an expensive item on a 6 cylinder diesel due to the large quantity of high end synthetic oil.
All fluids were replaced when it was worked on in July 2023.
Both batteries were replaced in early spring 2023.

Things wrong: (Keep in mind this is a 15-YO vehicle ? Why it is so cheap!)

There is minor veneer separation on different parts of the interior trim. It isn?t real noticeable until you start opening cabinets.
The passenger seat arm rest ratchet doesn?t catch.
I?ve heard the satellite antenna is broken. I?ve never tried to use it. However the TV works off the DVD player which is all anyone has used the TV for.
Part of the trim on the passenger side near the rear wheel broke off. To be honest I rarely remember about it because it isn?t noticeable.
The shower curtain is off its rail and might need a part or two.
The window in the driver?s side rear door was replaced 8 years ago and I never had it tinted.
The auxiliary air bag suspension has a leak so it doesn?t hold pressure. It sounds like it is leaking near the controller above the dash.
The fan set on high pops off; works fine on low? folks think it is likely a fuse issue.
