You will enjoy the front bedroom for a bit of privacy including a queen bed and large overhead cabinet for your things. On the outside, a large front pass-through for lawn chairs and camp gear. There is more storage beneath the double bed bunks in back and a nice 10' awning to provide protection from the elements when outdoors.
