This trailer can sleep 3 in the bunk house, a couple in the master and then a couple on the fold out couch and a couple on the table that turns into a bed.  9 people with 6 sleeping areas.

This trailer is in good condition.

modifications and opportunities:

• about a 2 foot gash in a slide, it has been sudo repaired to keep the moister out but probably needs a good fiberglass repair job.
• small cosmetic items (like loose panel trim)
• water pump had been replaced
• bumper weld came slightly loose on one slide, if planning to tow anything behind the trailer I'd recommend fixing.
• outside grill a little rusty, plan to put some elbow greese on it before a showing
• cable between battery and control box repaired
• tiny screw whole through siding where master bedroom tv was installed (was waterproofed)
• Master bed frame was replaced with a 2x4 frame
• Winegard 360 installed

I still owe $ on this unit, so I'm asking for pay off and a tiny bit more to cover advertising.  This unit is going for well over 40,000.
