The Interior has Manual Solar and Privacy Roller Shades, a Fantastic ® Power Roof Vent w/Rain Sensor, Solid Wood Raised Panel Cabinet Doors, Porcelain Tile Flooring, Halogen Lighting and a Fireplace.
Ultra Leather Furniture comprises an Expanding J-Lounge (w/ Queen Size Air Mattress Sofa Bed) and a Cantilever Dining/Buffet with Computer Workstation and Four Chairs.
The Galley Has Solid Surface Kitchen Countertops, Tile Backsplash, Range and Sink Covers, Dual Sinks W/Single Lever Kitchen Faucet W/Sprayer, a 3-Burner LP Stove, a 30” Stainless Steel Convection/Microwave Oven, a 25-Cuft. The Mid Coach Spilt Bathroom Has a Large Glass Shower Enclosure (w/Skylight) on One Side With The Porcelain Toilet, Sink/Vanity (W/Solid Surface Countertops), Electric Vent Fan And Linen Closet Being On The Other Side.
The Bedroom Has a King Bed W/Pillow Top Mattress (W/Storage Underneath), Reading Lights, The 32” TV, Built-In Drawers with Additional Overhead Storage and a Large Double Wardrobe with Mirrors. This Is also Where the Stackable Washer and Dryer are Located.
Heating/Cooling Come From (2) 15,000 BTU Dual Zone Ducted Central Air Conditioners with Heat Pumps (Rear AC Was Replaced in May 2023) and (2) 20,000 BTU Furnaces.
There Is a 10-Gallon Gas / Electric Water Heater with Electric Ignition. The Enclosed Potable Water and Holding Tanks are Heated and there is a Whole Coach Water Filtration System.
There is a 50 Amp Service (w/ an Energy Management System), an Onan 8.0kW Quiet Diesel Generator (w/ Automatic Start), a Magnum 2000-Watt Inverter / 100-Amp Converter, (2) 12-Volt Chassis Batteries and (4) 6-Volt House Batteries.
Exterior features include a Power Entry Awning and a 13-foot patio awning (both w/wind sensors), Slide-Out Room Awnings (w/New Toppers in June 2023), Dual Fuel Fills, Basement Pass-Through Storage, Side Opening Exterior Compartment Doors, Easy Slide Storage Tray, Full Width Stainless Stone Guard w/TUSCANY Emblem, Dual Pane Windows, a Rear Ladder and a Shower.
This luxurious motorhome has been well taken care of and lovingly enjoyed by only two owners. The original owners traveled 24,632 miles over five years and kept the coach in covered storage. The second owners have traveled an additional 29,250 miles over five years. The motorhome has been well-maintained and has many more miles ahead of it.
