Unique to Newell, the body and chassis are custom-engineered to be used as a luxury motor home, not a passenger bus. It is equipped with an Aqua-Hot engine coolant preheater, matched rear axle ratio, full air ride, and a heavy-duty trailer hitch with a 14,000-lb. load.

Immediately after stepping inside, you notice the curving marble entry steps, which can disappear with the push of a button to reveal a matching marble floor.

The driver sits comfortably and in full command of the Silverleaf Glass Dash, Instrument Panel, and Data Center. Additionally, the color-coordinated leather steering wheel fits well with the automotive-style suspended brake pedal. The cockpit also has a separate 3D surround view camera, TPMS, and navigation screens.

The elegant interior includes a thoughtful kitchen with a deep sink, induction cooking, disposal, dish drawer, dishwasher, sub-zero refrigerator/freezer with ice maker, GE microwave/Halogen oven, and De'longhi espresso machine.

On the exterior you will find an outdoor kitchen with refrigerator and 4K TV with Blue Ray player.

The living area has custom leather furniture, 4K TV with surround sound system, blue ray players and Satellite dish, custom cabinetry with crystal glassware, artistic ceiling features, heated floors under the galley/bathroom flooring, and premium Anthony Gallo subwoofers throughout.

The master bedroom conveniently has a fold-down king bed with projector screen, 4k television, surround sound system and satellite dish. The adjacent stunning bathroom has designer-quality features, a built-in behind-the-mirror television, and ample storage.
