Like new, only used 3 times. Two queen beds plus two bench dining seats that folds down as another queen bed (sleeps 6 comfortably), sitting/tv area and large kitchen with counter space and plenty of storage.  Back ramp is used as a porch with railings and screen entry-way.  Nice shower with plenty of bathroom storage.  Will consider selling the sway bar/hitch ($1,500 value) and hoses, extras @ full price.  Only serious offers and no solititing for background checks please.  Reference specs:
