Over 35k spent on maintenance over past 5 years. Two new original equipment Dometic low profile AC's w/ Heat Pumps, new 3 way RV Dometic wide 4 door refrigerator replaced 4 years ago, new Michelin tires, refreshed paint and body work 5 years ago. New 45 inch flat screen TV, Denon receiver, surround sound speakers. Washer/Dryer combo. Cooling system flushed and serviced last fall. Coach Batteries 3 years old, Starting Batteries 5 years old. Coach had complete service approximately 400 miles ago.This Coach has always been shedded when not in use. No smoking. Excellent shape, ready to go!
