Sleeps 4 adults comfortably and there is room for children on the pullout and dinette Bathroom: Decent size shower Beach towels, bath towels and wash cloths for up to 6 The toilet paper that is specially required for RVs will be in the bathroom and the spacious medicine cabinets will hold all of your personal items safely. There is a divider between the bedroom/bathroom/shower area for privacy. There is also a handbook that will cover everything you would need to know about the RV and its systems. RV must stay in Florida unless 1 week+ approved/booked. Mileage overage is based on small overage increments. Snow and salt on roads can be devastating to an RVs undercarriage, for this reason and for safety we do not allow travel with our RV in any states that experience anything more than light snowfall from the months of November thru March. At the time of pickup the RV will have a full tank of gas and propane (apx 3/4 tank). Please return it with the same. Charges of 75$ refueling fee plus actual cost for gas and propane will be deducted from deposit if you would like to return less than full. The RV will be clean inside and out upon pickup. Please return in the same condition. All you need to bring is your clothes and food and a were gonna have fun attitude.
