If you are traveling with furry friends or children, it is highly recommended that you utilize the Damage Protection. Charges for interior damage are taken from the deposit. Kitchen Convenience Kit - Bring your hotdogs and enjoy your trip! This includes toilet paper, paper towels, reusable plates and bowls, cleaning supplies, silverware, kitchen utensils, small pots and basic condiments (ketchup, mustard, sugar, salt, pepper, and coffee). Linens Convenience Kit – Everything is washed and sanitized inside a plastic bag. We provide bedsheets, pillow, and towels. Just let us know how many you will need! ****Cleaning Rules/Guidelines**** Please bring Ms. Winnie back as clean as you received her. If so, there will be no additional cleaning fees. If interior cleaning is required upon return, then the additional charge is $150. If you pre-pay the $100 for our maid services, additional fees may still apply if minimal cleaning is not done prior to return. If the exterior is extensively dirty and you do not wash the exterior, or do not wish to wash the exterior, the charge is $50.
