Our RV also has an excellent TV antenna, GPS navigation, 12.9” high definition touchscreen iPad Tablet, and lots of USB and 110V charging stations for all your gadgets. The Mercedes-Benz 3500 Sprinter chassis which the Forest River Motorhome is built on offers all the technology features and safety that Mercedes-Benz and Forest River is known for, such as 4 safety cameras (1-right, 1-left, and 2-rear facing cameras. Images are displayed on two separate dash screens. Bluetooth hands free cell phone connection and hi-quality audio system with 4 speakers mounted inside and 2 speakers outside. Three LCD TV’s with DVD, main cabin, bedroom and outside under the 16’ powered awning with bright LED lighting, and an automatic power step when you open the couch door. Rear powered motorized stabilizers and 50.3 Cu. Ft of exterior storage. The couch features a full length Slide-Out on the driver’s side which increases the width of the couch, which will sleep 6 with a walk around queen bed and a memory foam mattress top. The Dinette turns into a full size bed and another queen bed is above the cockpit that can house a 6+ foot man. There is under bed storage and a large closet where you can hang your clothes. All linens and bedding including sheets, towels, blankets, comforters and pillows are available as an optional add-on. The kitchen has a large sink, 3 burner propane stove with an oven underneath and a microwave/convection oven above the stove. Next to the stove is a large refrigerator and freezer with two ice cube trays. The bathroom has a flushable toilet, large shower, sink with large vanity and cabinets for your personal belonging and plenty of hot water. There is also a shower on the outside of the motor home. IMPORTANT NOTES: 1. We rent in 24 hour periods. So if you pick up the RV at 8am, it must be returned by 8am. Pick-up and drop-off times need to be set in advance within the hours of 8:00 AM and 6:00 PM. 2. This coach is not available for Burning Man, Coachella or any other Music Festival. 3. Please return the RV "broom clean." This means please remove all trash, wipe off counters and inside the refrigerator also turn it off. Clean stove, oven, microwave, and sweep the floor. 4. No Smoking allowed in the RV including the electronic cigarettes - Evidence of smoking will be met with a $500 deep cleaning fee from your damage deposit, and additional fees if there is damage.
