PLEASE READ All Of THE FOLLOWING INFORMATION BEFORE ATTEMPTING TO RENT MY RV Amazing fun and memories for your family! We are hoping to find couples and families that would like to rent our RV on a consistent basis. As long as you are responsible, respectful and take care of our investment as carefully as we do, we are happy to consider, and hopefully approve your rental application. We are pet owners and love our 3 dogs dearly. We understand how important your pets are to you. Unfortunately, for our RV, only 1-2 extra small dogs and/or cats are allowed. As an exception, larger trained assistance dogs and older larger dogs with medical conditions that require monitoring are also permitted on a case by case basis. For the smaller pets, it is required that they are kenneled in the RV when no one is present inside with them for extended periods of time. The RV air-conditioning can be kept on for several hours or more via use of the generator when you are not in the RV for the comfort and safety of your pets. An outdoor kennel system for small dogs and cats is also included with the rental for your convenience. Initial rolls of RV toilet paper and toilet chemicals are provided. However additional RV toilet paper and chemicals is the responsibility of the renter. RV toilet paper and chemicals can be conveniently purchased at all Walmart stores. For an additional cost of $37.00 a day you can add-on a well maintained, 2003 brown, 4 cyl Jeep Wrangler 4x4 with manual 5-speed trans, large off road tires and retractable soft top. The Jeep comes with a built-in hitch and is all set-up and ready to be towed by the RV. Having the freedom to park the RV at campsite and take the Jeep on lite to medium off roading adventures on the trails and back roads, and/or to see the sites with the top down, is definitely an add-on you will not regret purchasing! To rent the Jeep with the RV, you must reserve it through my separate Outdoorsy Jeep listing. The cost for the Jeep will then be added to the final amount of the trip by Outdoorsy. All potential drivers wanting to rent my RV must under go an extensive driving test to convince me of your capabilities to drive a large A-Class RV like mine. If you are wanting to rent and pull my Jeep, you will also be tested on this as well. Training on the use of all essential RV systems are included and must be sufficiently understood before starting your trip. If you want to rent my RV, but have never driven, or do not have sufficient time and experience operating a large A-Class RV, I will be happy train you on driving a large A- Class, gas RV. I charge $75.00 an hour for this service. The number of hours you need depends on your ability to pass the essential driving requirements. Note, I do not train on driving A-Class diesel pushers at this time. REQUIREMENTS: *As a protection for both you and me, only renters who have had previous experience driving large RVs or trucks in high traffic areas and on mountainous roads will be immediately considered as a viable renter for my RV. Please understand you may not be permitted to rent my RV if you do not have the required driving experience. Driving a C-Class RV is not always considered viable experience. Despite your previous level of experience driving a large A-Class RV, any potential renter/driver that can pass my required driving test will be allowed to apply to rent my RV. *All potential drivers MUST pass an extensive driving test given by me to prove their proficiency to successfully drive and maneuver my A-Class RV in a variety situations. Any potential driver who does not pass my tests will not be able to rent my RV, even if I have already tentatively approved their reservation through Outdoorsy. * The person(s) renting my RV through Outdoorsy MUST be the ONLY driver(s) of my RV. You cannot set up an account on Outdoorsy and have someone else drive my RV. The designated approved drivers of my RV are the ONLY ones officially covered by the insurance that must be purchased through Outdoorsy. Any driver not approved by Outdoorsy who drives my RV is not covered by the insurance purchased through Outdoorsy. If a non approved driver gets in an accident they will be responsible for paying all repair bills out of pocket. *All renters MUST purchase the HIGHEST level insurance policy offered through Outdoorsy. This is not an option or negotiable. * Please do not attempt to rent my RV if you know you will not be able to pass Outdoorsy’s background check and my extensive driving test. Keep in mind even if you pass my driving test failure to pass Outdoorsy’s background check will result in your application being rejected. * A $350.00 cleaning fee will be charged if the sewage tanks are not completely emptied or if the inside of the RV is not thoroughly cleaned before it is returned.
