All the bells and whistles including- (outdoor): Outside awning to keep the sun at bay while you're relaxing. There is also an outside shower to wash off the sand or mud off before you go back into the air conditioning, outdoor lighting, outdoor speakers, outdoor rug, outdoor camping propane grill (propane not included) (indoor): upgraded full size bed in front, refrigerator, stove, a dining area (that folds down to fit one or two smaller people), bathroom with shower and toilet, towels for 4 people, bonus bunks in the back, and a lot of storage! Air Conditioning/heat, hot and cold water, am/fm/Bluetooth indoor/outdoor speaker system, flat screen TV. We provide cutlery, a full set of dishes, a stove top percolator coffee maker.
