IMPORTANT DETAILS: Currently the RV is limited to FLORIDA travel only. Our insurance will cover up to 100 miles outside states lines but n trips further out are allowed. We also normally require for renters to have campsites with electric power reserved for the trip. If you need to have it plugged it at the house we can provide an adapter to plug in a standard house outlet. We do not recommend dry camping (camping outside of electric grid), but if you must, please make sure to provide your own generator. QUICK INTRO: We are local Tampa family that have been in the area for dozens of years. This RV serves dual purpose for us, as an adventure machine for a monthly getaway (time permitted) and as a source of income to keep all the maintenance on it up today. These RVs sure require a lot of investment! And we do our best keep in running and working great. This is our small side project to share the overall expenses, where most of the proceed are reinvested right back into the RV. We also make monthly donations to local charities if we happen to bring in more money then we spent. In conclusion, we always love meeting new nice people and sharing our RV with them! MAIN RV FEATURES: -Three burner stove -Fridge with freezer -Large, lighted storage compartment -All hoses and cables on board -Bathroom and shower inside the RV -Three separate sleeping spaces -Flat screen TV with built in DVD Powering up: -Standard 30 AMP hook up is included and can be easily connected to most campsite around the US -30 to 50 AMP adapter is available and can be provided upon request **We HIGHLY recommend booking sites with at least an electric hook up ahead of time and for every night of the trip. It will tremendously simplify your trip and will help to have an amazing travel experience. Both water and electricity are usually included free of charge with an RV camp site booking. Sewage hook up is also nice to have but is not necessary as the RV has built in waste tanks. WHAT’S INCLUDED: First and foremost the RV will come completely cleaned out on the inside and with no extra personal stuff laying around. Nowadays we also make sure to disinfect all surfaces after every rental. Most RVs you will find on here will come as is or bare bone, meaning that you would need to bring whatever you may think is needed for the trip. Personally, when we travel we try to pack as light as possible. The only real essential is a bed set, which we also offer as a per trip extra if you happen to fly in from out of town or just don’t want to bring your own sheets. We also offer cooking set and utensils, although these are not as essential as most campsites will have a grill set up outside. Some of the things we usually do keep in the RV for guests: -Folding table -Water hose -Sewage hose -Power cable to connect to campsite We offer some additional items as rental extras, but if you do require anything specific just send a message and we’ll be happy to oblige if at all possible. INSURANCE: We have set up our own commercial insurance policy in order to pass on the savings to you, our guests. As you will notice our daily insurance rates are lower than most other listings. We do provide the same quality insurance as other listings. Please keep in mind that the regular policy deductible is a thousand dollars, so you would be responsible up to that amount if a the RV returned with more significant damage. OTHER INFO: -Long term trip are accepted and welcome -We love pets and welcome them but please keep in mind an extra fee will be charged due to extra clean up required -If extensive clean is to be required (lots of sand, dirt, difficult to remove stains) at the end of the trip there may an additional fee up to $250. -ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING! Please be nice to us and other future renters. If any evidence or smoking odor is discovered a smoking removal fee anywhere from $250-500 may be charged.
