Has king bed, kitchen table turns into a bed, and two reclining chairs with heated seats and a massage option. This fully loaded trailer comes with microwave, oven/range, Full-size fridge, kitchen and outdoor kitchen which includes mini fridge and griddle. Kitchen will include pots and pans, silverware, plates, and utensils. For entertainment we have outdoor games, board games and dvds. Trailer also has gas heating, air-conditioning, TV, stereo and fireplace. We accept well groomed and well mannered pets. A fee of $30 per dog per rental. Your furry family is welcome to come join in your family fun. Your pet(s) should not be left alone in your rental for any amount of time. Pets are not permitted on any furniture. Owner is fully responsible for any and all damage caused by pets. Absolutely NO smoking or vaping in rental! Any smell or signs of smoking inside trailer will forfeit your entire deposit. So please smoke outside trailer. If dry camping you can rent a generator for $50 plus the cost of propane. The generator recharges the batterys runs air conditioner, TV, microwave fireplace and heated chairs but not all at once and is limited to the amount of propane you have. Renter is responsible for filling the propane tanks upon return. Renter is responsible for locking up generator and for any damage or stolen generator replacement costs.
