At only 2,725 lbs. (dry weight), this camper is a breeze to use and fun to camp with! Convenient pickup/drop off location right off I-95 on your way up to camping in Maine! Sleeps up to 5 people, with comfy full bed in the front, convertible table bed in the middle, and BUNK BEDS in the back! Refrigerator, Range, Microwave, A/C, Hot Water Heater, Shower, and Toilet all built in. No canvas popouts or slides, so this camper is very easy to set up and pack up. We provide basic cookware. A fee of $95 will apply if the camper is returned without the tanks being emptied. If you're not staying at a campground, there are plenty of places nearby that will let you dump the tanks for around $20. Pick up time is 3 pm or later and drop off by 11 am (we can usually be flexible on timing but please arrange in advance if possible). Our camper is clean but also isn't new, so please don't be surprised if you see signs of normal use. The black tank gauge likes to provide inaccurate readings, so don’t be surprised if it shows full even when empty. July 2023 - a renter accidentally flooded the bathroom from the bathtub and there are some soft spots that have developed in the floor. We have added a rigid mat and stabilized the toilet as a fix. Everything is fully functional, but please use caution when stepping near the toilet.
