This motorhome has sleeping capacity and a great size area in the living room. With the bunk beds this unit can sleep up to 6 people!! (4 adults and 2-3 kids). The living room has a couch, dinette, and an add bonus chair so there is plenty of comfortable seating! Mileage Included: Bookings through Outdoorsy: 75 miles/day Bookings through our website (WilliamsonRV): 100 miles/night *Adjustments might have to be to your reservation, please reach out. Generator Included: Bookings through Outdoorsy: 3 hrs/day Bookings through our website (WilliamsonRV): 4 hour/night *Adjustments might have to be to your reservation, please reach out. Beds • Queen bed in the back with a large wardrobe • Twin bunk beds • The couch is a tri-fold full bed. • There is an additional bed for kids only with the dinette that fold into a bed. Kitchen Love to cook? This RV includes a nice size kitchen. • 3-burner gas stove with a lid and oven • Double sink • Microwave and a full-size RV refrigerator/freezer • Included: silverware, coffee pot, pot and pan set, basic cooking utensils, baking pan, cutting board, bottle/wine opener, and dish towels, and more. The bathroom is a stand-up shower with extra cabinets. There are cabinets below the sink, above the toilet, and beside the shower. • 1 hand towel and a bathmat are included • RV toilet paper is included. (Please only use RV paper towel – helps to prevent clogging). Outside • Includes: 2 folding chairs and outside mat Generator All of our motorhomes have built in generators so you can run the AC in the main living area, use the outlets, and more while driving or be fully operational without hookups. If you will not be connecting to electricity at night, please let us know so we can talk you through how to properly use the generator. We include a set number of generator hours with the reservation and there a charge for additional hours, please reach out for details. Pets This unit is dog friendly. We ask that you let us know ahead of time and there is a pet fee. Insurance Stationary Rentals: $15/night with a max of $210 Rentals Driving/Towing: The renter's insurance is primary on the rental. Renter must provide proof that their insurance will cover the unit. Regardless, renter must provide insurance card at the time of pickup. If your insurance company denies coverage or renter does not want to use their personal insurance, then a "Damage Waiver" must be purchased.
