This is an easy to drive automatic 28 foot Class C RV with 2 slide outs and large automatic awning on a Ford E450 chassis. Enjoy the interior features of this rental such as 2 interior TV/DVD players, 1 exterior TV/DVD player, 2 way refrigerator, 3 burner stove/oven, microwave,toaster, coffee pot, sink with large counter area. The bathroom is found off of the bedroom with stand up shower, full closet with area to hang clothes,drawer for your toiletries and medicine cabinet. The bedroom has a queen bed, 3 large cabinets for clothing, side table with charging station and tv/dvd. The bedroom is also a slide out which gives plenty of walking space around the bed. Next to the dinette is a jackknife couch that also is an additional sleeping area with linens provided. This living area is the location of the second slide out which allows for so much more room when cooking or relaxing. A unique feature is the automatic bunk system that will accommodate 2 people with a max weight capacity of 600 lb. A queen size over the driver bunk with memory foam topper and linens is a large sleeping area with maximum capacity of 350 lb. This is also the location of the second tv/dvd player that pulls out for all to see in the living area. For your convenience this camper includes the following for up to 6 people: indoor/outdoor dishes, mugs, plastic cups, silverware, serving utensils, bake ware, pots/pans, measuring cups/spoons, tupperware, dishtowels and pot holders. We also include many items that you might of forgot to get: paper plates/cups, lighters, propane for outdoor grill, matches, lighter fluid, foil, paper towels, hand/dish soap, toilet paper (one ply for RV), tissues, shampoo, conditioner and body soap. Also included for your family up to 8: bath towels, wash rags, hand towels, beach towels, sheets, blankets, bamboo pillows, blankets and down comforter with duvet cover in the bedroom. All beds have new 3 inch memory foam toppers encased in LinenSpa protectors. We supply for your exterior enjoyment the following: 6 camping chairs, 9ft x 12ft exterior rug, prep table, coleman propane grill with side burner, rafts and corn hole! Don't forget the exterior TV and sound system as well as the LED patio lighting! Also available is an outside shower which is a life saver when camping near the beach. All hook up equipment included: 20 ft of sewer hoses with elbow and connectors, total of 80 ft of 30 amp electrical cords and adapters for 50 amp and 20 amp, 50 ft drinking hoses with pressure regulator and filter, 50 total ft of coaxial cable. Equipped with a SunPass, we will be paying your tolls inside the state of Florida Our RV is not designed for freezing condition camping. Please do not make a reservation planning to travel to areas that are prone to freeze in the winter months.
