Unit needs to be back in the same condition as it was given (Clean). there will be a 100.00 charge if the black and gray water tanks haven't been emptied on return, on request, we can empty the black and gray tanks for a 60.00 fee with prior notice. Please take a look at the extra packages. Unit will be given with a full tank of gas and needs to return full or a 4.00 per gallon will be charged. Unit pick up times are between 3:00pm and 6:00pm.
