The kitchen table converts to a bed, bunk beds, and RV Queen bed for a total of 6 people. Bottom bunk folds up for extra storage with access from the outside. Kitchen supplies will be provided. The dump fee is if you don't want to deal with the hassle of going to a dump station. The rental includes the use of an equalizer hitch which helps tremendously with sway.
