If a speed alert is sent, renters are subject to a discretionary $50 fee per occurrence after one warning. If the GPS sends an excessive braking warning, we will issue a courtesy warning and then charge a discretionary $25 fee per occurrence. Excessive speed and braking are unsafe and put both renters and the entire vehicle at risk.
