This 50-amp, double A/C/heater unit boasts a spacious living room with a 40in Roku TV and cable hook-up, pull-out couch and dinette/sleeper, electric fire place and bluetooth stereo with shared speakers outside. In the main living area is also an open kitchen with plenty of storage space. Off the main living area is the master bedroom, featuring a queen size bed with wrap around storage. The master bed also pulls up to allow access to underneath pass-through storage compartment. Additionally, the unit features a full bunk house with 3 twin-size bunks and a futon style queen fold out. The bunk house also has its own entertainment center with a 32in Roku TV and cable hook-up which allows for the kids to have their own space to decompress after a long day of activities. The unit also features one bathroom with medicine cabinet and shower. But, if you're like us, you like to keep the party outside while enjoying the fresh air. The electric awning with LED strip provides plenty of shade during the day but, plenty of light at night. The outdoor kitchen with a sink, refrigerator, 32in Roku TV, and propane grill will give you little reason to go inside while enjoying family time or the big game. My family and I have been camping for about two years now and have enjoyed every minute of it. We will happily do whatever we need to ensure you enjoy the experience just as much as we have. Delivery and set up available within a 40 mile radius. Minimum delivery fee is $100. Delivery over 25 miles is $4 a mile. Set up is included with delivery. We do not provide rental for use at ATV parks.
