"Falcon" is a 35' 2021 Coachman Encore 325SS, with TONS of storage, 3 TV's. Our coach is fairly new and we regularily take it out ourselves. It is stocked to include all the RV items we normally take. We add clothes, food, toys and go. We have created an instruction book specific to our RV to make things easier for you. This is our second RV and we were full timers for 2 years with our previous RV. RV's are not difficult but the amount of information can be overwhelming, when not accustomed to taking out an RV frequently. We have a Supplemental Rental Agreement to clarify particulars with the RV. We also have an Inventory List to clarify what items are included and help with your planning. Love that huge single compartment sink. Want to put one in our house now.
Originally we wanted the sofa, but we love the recliners. Have Seat Heaters and they lay flat enough to sleep pretty well on.
Appliances included. Knives, coffee maker, blender, toaster, fry pans.
Recliners, in upright position. Each one has a seat belt.
Recliners laid flat. Not the worst place to sleep although I haven't listed it as a bed.
Seat Heat, Vibrate, Lights, In, Out for each seat.
Plates, Small plates, Bowls for 8. Pint Glasses, Tumblers, Vacuum tumblers for 6.
View of the Outdoor Kitchen. We love the outdoor kitchen, wasn't sure it was worth it, but it is now one of our favorite features.
Add-on Hitch Adapter to allow hitch rack and hitch bike rack. Add On Hitch Rack Shown also.
Add-On Item: Hitch rack, ideal for additional storage, carrying wood, propane.
Grill and Griddle. Propane. Still working on connecting to Motorhome propane system.
