About this gorgeous RV: starting with the most essential accommodations - automated jack leveling system (with optional manual override), whole-coach water filter system, 1 & 1/2 baths, (so you don't have to wait to go), a full-size residential refrigerator with French doors and freezer drawer, an electric fireplace, and 2 air conditions! Amenity upgrades include: in-dash Sirius XM® satellite radio -and- DirecTV® "In-Motion" satellite TV [that automatically tracks the signal as you drive] accessible on each of the 4 HDTVs, and a washer/dryer combo unit for unexpected laundry needs! The kitchen features a 3-burner stove with an overhead convection/microwave oven, a double sink w/ single lever faucet w/ sprayer, and plenty of counter-top space - allowing you to cook all your favorite meals. Also, there's plenty of storage in the pantry and overhead cabinets. The dining and living areas feature a spacious booth dinette and a very comfortable sofa sleeper; both provide seat belts (7) and convert to beds, (dinette - full size / sofa - queen size). In addition, both seating areas allow you to enjoy the first of 4 HDTVs, starting with a 40" LED HDTV (with Sony® Blu-Ray player with surround sound) above the electric fireplace or the rear-facing 32" “Smart” LED HDTV above the cockpit. Mid-coach is where you'll find the half bath & bunkhouse. The half bathroom features a large skylight and provides a large vanity with sink, overhead medicine cabinet, and a standard-sized porcelain toilet with water saver and bowl sprayer. The bunkhouse provides 28" x 73" two bunk beds for the kids, 'tweens, or teenagers and each have their own flip-down DVD player / monitor. Next - a private bedroom area for the adults featuring a comfy king-sized bed with nightstands on both sides of the bed; a dresser with a storage wardrobe, and a 32" “Smart” LED HDTV. The cockpit has full dash instrumentation, cruise control, 3 remote HD video cameras (rear, right, & left) integrated into the AM/FM/CD/MP3 stereo display screen, air conditioning, dual fans; luxurious, multi-positional swivel & reclining (when parked) captain chairs w/ power positioning & lumbar support and 3-point seat belts for both driver & passenger. To insure your complete comfort, this coach boasts 7’ ceilings! You'll be cooled by 2 roof-mounted A/C units w/ solar panels or heated by 2 LP furnaces, (both using dual zone temperature monitoring sensors), and a remote-controlled electric fireplace w/ blower. When you need a shower, we have you covered - 10 gallon LP / 110 volt water heater. Also, there are 3 roof-vented 3-speed fans w/ rain guards located in the kitchen and both bathrooms. Power station: You'll be able to plug into 50-amp service or have access to the integrated gasoline 5,500kw Onan generator with a Magnum Energy inverter, and a roof-mounted solar panel to help maintain the house-battery bank. For safety – GFI circuit protection, smoke detector, CO detector, LP leak detector, fire extinguisher, dead bolt entry door lock, LED safety/hazard flashers, 1,000-lumen flashlight, and reflective safety vest. We can provide the dishes (cups, bowls, plates), pots & pans, eating & cooking utensils; clean & sanitized linens, bedding, blankets, pillows, towels; cleaning supplies, dish soap, hand/liquid soap, first-aid kit, and even the toilet paper - you provide the "Remember when..." memories that'll last a lifetime.
