Vented AC and heat, water heater (electric/propane); plenty of storage inside and out. Heat pads under water tanks for cold weather. Includes four camp chairs, small table, portable Weber gas grill, coffee pot, tableware, cookware, sheets, blankets and towels at no added charge.
