There is and outside bbq grill with gas hook up that slides out and an outside electrical jack as well. You can also rinse off sand or dirt with an outside shower hose. There is also levelers mounted on the front side of the trailer. There is electric push button stablizers for quick set up, along with weight distribution bars and sway bar for easy travel.
