This is like brand new looking 33' luxury RV. Sleeps up to 8 people. This RV has an extra room in the back for kids with an entertainment unit. It was built for comfort and has a large, one touch, two pop out slide for even more room. Your rental will include 2 full propane tanks, all linens, basic toiletries, pots, pans, toaster, coffee maker, coffee, sugar, creamer, plates, cups, bowls, silverware, cooking utensils, paper plates, plastic utensils, aluminum foil, ziplock bags, spices, cooking oil, basic cleaning supplies, toilet paper, paper towels, outdoor mat, 4 camp chairs, a FOLDING MASSAGING CHAIR, 6' folding table, bug spray, playing cards, frisbee, soccer ball, football, games, a selection of DVD movies, ALL INCLUDED AT NO EXTRA CHARGE! Plus if you are doing the towing, we offer our weight distribution hitch, sway bar and wireless backup camera for NO FEE. However, if towing, you must obtain an insurance binder from your insurance company to cover the trailer. Your vehicle must have, at minimum, an 8,000 lb. towing capacity. If towing is a problem, we can deliver and set up the RV for a nominal fee. Fee rates will be determined by distance traveled and length of stay. The first 30 miles are free. If the location you are traveling to does not offer full hookup, we offer a generator for rent. We upgraded the interior TV to a Smart TV so you can stream seamlessly from your phone or, with WiFi connection, you can connect the TV to stream Netflix, Hulu, etc. There is also a TV in the kid's room and outdoor kitchen, HD antennae that will allow you to connect with free local broadcast stations if you have no access to cable hookup. We have a CD player with radio that also has speakers outside which allow you to enjoy your music outside as well. The inside kitchen is fully stocked with all the basics. The built in refrigerator and freezer are large for this size RV with 6 cubic feet of refrigerated storage space. We will ensure the refrigerator is cold upon delivery so you can immediately begin to use. There is a 3 burner gas stove and oven as well as a powerful microwave oven with splatter cover. The outdoor kitchen is equipped with an outdoor grill with a burner stove, hand wash sink, slide out counter for extra space and a small refrigerator. The master bedroom features a queen bed with his and hers hanging closets, night stands, and sliding pocket doors for complete privacy. You can rotate the Smart TV for easy enjoyment in the master bedroom. The second room in the back (or kids room) has built in shelves and cabinets with for TV/DVD and has a privacy curtain. The second room has a pull out coach and a bunk bed above the couch. It also has a bunk bed above the entertainment unit and a trundle bed under the coach. The dinette has a large table that fits 4 to 5 people that easily converts into a full size bed and the couch has a pull out bed that is also full size. There are shades throughout the RV to keep your privacy and keep the light out when necessary. The bathroom is stocked with some basic toiletries. The RV has an AC/furnace unit and has central air vents located throughout the RV, keeping you nice and toasty during those cool camp outs. The water heater can run off of propane or electric. Outside features include a power tongue jack and fully electric front and rear stabilizers, no hand cranking needed. Front pass through storage. Fully automated push button awning has outdoor lights. Water hookup has water filter attached. There is also an outside shower. We hope you feel like you walked into a fully stocked home that is yours for the duration of your stay.
